Shipping within Greece
We offer two delivery options for orders within Greece:
- BoxNow Locker Delivery — Your order is delivered to a BoxNow parcel locker of your choice. Once your package arrives, you'll receive a unique code to open the locker and collect your order at your convenience, 24/7.
- Home Courier Delivery — Your order is delivered directly to your door by courier.
Shipping within the EU
For orders shipped to other EU countries, we use standard courier delivery to your home or business address.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
